About Me
I set up my practice Well-Being Acupuncture in 2004 and since then it has been my greatest pleasure to help many hundreds of people find increased well-being in their lives.
I practice an integrated style of Chinese Medicine, combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with the more subtle Five Element style. My passion for acupuncture stems from its ability to restore balance and well-being at an emotional and mental level as well as on the physical. A member of the British Acupuncture Council, I'm fully insured and follow stringent safety standards.
Fertility and pregnancy are two areas I'm particularly experienced in treating. I'm an affiliated acupuncturist at the Zita West clinic and a member of the Acupuncture Fertility Network. In 2010, I traveled to China with Zita West and a small group of acupuncturists for a fertility study trip. In 2005, I was part of a team of acupuncturists who traveled to Sri Lanka to provide acupuncture for people affected by the Tsunami.
I live in a small hamlet in the countryside outside of Hertford with my husband and dog. I love spending time walking in nature, cooking, drawing, gardening, and traveling. Qi Gong, meditation, and women's spirituality are areas of passionate interest for me too.
